- 1929 : Foundation of the company
by Jean RAYNAUD and his father.
1956 : Henri GAY becomes the technical director.
1982 : Transfer of the company to Henri GAY.
- 1985 : Decentralization in Ardèche

•building of a plant (2.000 m2)
•enlargement and modernization of the
production means to keep abreath with the evolution of high technologies.
1990 : Thanks to the co-operation with the centres
of research of our most important customers and the efforts of our management
:
•extension of the plant to 4500 M2 built,
•acquisition of 14.000 M2 additional building
site,
•doubling of the staff since 1985 to 80
employees,
•pursuit of the modernization of our productive
facilities.
2001 : Extension of the plant to 7000 M2 built to
keep abreath with the evolution of our clients and environment standards.

2005 : Transfer of the company to CAMELIN DECOLLETAGE INDUSTRIES
